- Reset Windows 10 using the remove everything option
How to reset Windows using the keep my files option
If you want your data to be safe and still want to factory reset the settings, follow the below steps.
- Click on the Windows start icon on the bottom left of your screen and open settings.
- Scroll down a little bit and you will find Update and security. Click on it.
- Now you will find Recovery on the menu. Click on it.
- Under the recovery section, you will be able to see ‘Reset the PC’. Tap on the ‘Get started’ button.
- Now a pop up will be opened displaying two options. Chose Keep my files and click on the Next button.
- On the next screen, you will be presented with the details of the windows reset.

- Now tap on the back button and click on the reset option.
